It may seem silly, but "Know what you are selling."  Seriously, what 
purpose is the booth serving, and what message are you trying to send? 
Having that clear, consistent, and in the front of everyones mind makes 
a big difference.  Just being there to be there makes for a disorganized 
and mostly pointless booth.

So, that said, what is the Ubuntu Texas message?
