What do I want in a LoCo?

I believe what everyone has basically said so far is all to the same
tune. 'Community'

A community that works and help each other. Not that someone is going to
take my daily duties but more just the:

open conversations 
mentoring 
Community involvement 
Professional Advice

Or in simple terms a group working to help members of the group
