I love the school ideas, but we also want to watch out on the 'covert'
line of thought. Awareness is one thing, but with communities like
ours, there is a thin line between awareness promotion and zealotry
then can do more harm than good. I've seen mailing list discussions
with schools that get down right ugly, and create more hostility for
the FOSS movement than "positive awareness".

(not to say I'm opposed to promotion of FOSS -particularly Ubuntu as a
FOSS solution-, just that we should go beyond the call of duty to
appear classy while doing it.)
