Austin Lakeline Mall computer store

I was asked by a coworker about trying to help find someone who might be
interested in helping deliver a short Intro to Ubuntu course in Austin. 
It seems there is a small computer store in Lakeline Mall who offers
refurbished machines and they might be willing to host a Loco type
event.  Is there anyone in the Austin area who might be wiling to help? 
Would the group be interested in doing an event there one Saturday a month?
