I assume the mention of "a wave" in the first paragraph refers to
Google Wave. While I'd love to use it just to be using "technology",
I don't see the benefit it over using it over this standardized email
list. This email list is auto archived and is THE official point of
communication for the state. In fact, email much much better than an
IRC because conversation topics and be kept in threads and is much
easier to follow and understand later. When multiple irc
conversations are going on, it is very, very difficult to follow
later.
BTW, speaking of threads, Daniel could you please hit "reply" when
sending a response to someone. Every single one of your messages
shows up as a new thread.
