In regards to Central Texas Team

I believe that this was discussed in the forum

The argument is not if it wants to form but if meetings would happen
only in one city.

I vote for Central Texas if the intent is to have meetings throughout
centex area. If the aim is to keep the meetings in Killeen I would have
to say no keep it killeen because that one city does not reflect the area.
