[UbuntuDallas] voting on Tx group

I don't know how to access the group's IRC. Maybe someone can send a
brief tutorial so that those of us who haven't used it yet, can give it
a shot.

the meeting will be about if we go and try to make a texas group team to
link up all the smaller teams that are in and around texas.

if you are not going to be able to show up then you can send me an
e-mail with your vote...if you vote...just no voting two times tho.
