I've reworked things a little bit. I set up the website to allow it to
notify you of new events.

When you go to the event for an upcoming meeting you will see a spot
where you can sign up for the event.

After you sign up you will be given a confirmation message. In addition
to this, you will also be given a reminder of the event 2 days prior to
its occurrence. If you sign up for an account on the server, you can log
in and not need to retype your email addy.

I hope this can suffice as the reminder email I was requested to send
out. I can change this to 1 or more days if everyone decides that's better.
