Next Meeting

Ubuntu South Dakota LoCo Team ubuntu-us-sd at lists.ubuntu.com
Fri Dec 19 17:13:01 GMT 2008

Sorry about the meeting. I had a few things pop up that had a big role in me being unable to make it. I'm incredibly sorry about this since I was looking forward to it. For one, my car didn't want to get me home on time and decided to break down instead. The second was an issue with my girlfriend and I. A few other things helped as well.

I'm sorry for this inconvenience. From now on, I will do my best to ensure that even if I am unable to make it to the meeting, it will still be able to take place as scheduled.

Sounds fine. It was just an idea that popped through my head. Anyway, I am on your mailing list now.

I do not feel comfortable enrolling any email addresses to any mailing
lists without the direct consent of the members. If they want to sign
up on your mailing list they will do so themselves. A lot of our
members are not interested in ubuntu and instead have interests in
fedora, mandriva, etc.

I was in your channel at the time of the scheduled meeting. I noticed
there were a few others there but you didn't show up. What happened?
