Gutsy release parties

Hi, everyone:

I've set up a wiki page for the Gutsy release party information for South
Dakota.  I've already added information about the Vermillion party.  Since
we're pretty spread out, it would be great if we could have more than one
meetup throughout the state, but if nothing else, we can always hang out on
#ubuntu-southdakota.
