Ubuntu-us-pnw Digest, Vol 16, Issue 4

I use WiFi now (the free GWiFi in Mountain View, CA). I find that I never
have significant
interference, even when my laptop and linux box are on the same channel,
though sometimes
a one appears to "goad" the other into action, etc.). However, I find that
sometimes other
users will hog the bandwidth, and my computer almost stops. Google has done
a lot to stop
this abuse, and things are getting better, but there are still rare times
when dialup is faster.
