heres a pic I whipped up and would like approval for content of the
pnw.ubuntu-us.org page. the logo follows the ubuntu requierments as 
far as I know. I think it would make a nice title banner with an
extension to the left or right stating our geographic location. (like
the mountain dosent give it away). lets see what the group thinks.
