Ubuntu-us-pnw Digest, Vol 1, Issue 2

I wouldn't mind taking it to a CD duplicator & printer but I'd guess that 
the existing team is getting it done for a great price.  I'd like to 
piggyback that if at all possible.

If anyone know's of a well priced CD Duplicator service and/or print shop 
please let me know.
