[Ubuntu-US-PA] 1:1 Student Laptop Program with Ubuntu

Hello-

I'm really excited about a new learning program that may be of interest to
this group. Next school year, we'll begin supplying every high school
student with an Ubuntu-powered laptop as part of a 1:1 computing
initiative.
