[Ubuntu-US-PA] I am at a roadblock installing Ubuntu

Jim,  What torrent would recommend ? I have heard about them that is about it. I am learning from the ground up. Thank you

Yes. I would use a torrent client (faster) and download via torrent,
but either way will work.
