[Ubuntu-US-PA] Display difficulties

I have no Restricted Drivers app under the admin menu. Tried running
restricted-manager under terminal, command not found. Tried installing
restricted-manager using apt-getn no packages found. Tried searching
for it with Synaptic, nothing coming up. I'll keep looking for a way
to install it.
