[Ubuntu-US-PA] Netbook remix boot conundrum

If you're in PA, I've got several lying around, I can send you one.  As for
boot, it might be F9 at the logo screen,  but I don't know offhand.

Unless your issue is you don't even get a boot screen, in which case you're
going to need to get a technician to look at your hardware.

How would I go about getting a Live CD?

Also, since I'm still confronted with the blank screen, what is the  
key combination that I should attept to employ when booting in order  
to try to get the CD drive to boot?
