[Ubuntu-US-PA] Our request for conference pack for CPOSC

I also just sent a request to Prentice Hall to see if we can score some
Ubuntu/OpenSource books as more giveaways for CPOSC.  Oh and I signed us up
as a Users Group, so we should be able to get a discount and some review
copies of books.  Once we get approval for that I'll send out more info to
everyone.
