[Ubuntu-US-PA] LoCo / LUG in Washington PA area?

Two thoughts off the top of my head...

1. Does the mini-9 have another OS on it? You could use wubi
(wubi-installer.org). You could download the installer from another
machine to your SD card and upload it onto the mini. Wubi will allow
you to create a dual boot.

2. Install Alcohol52 on your mini, download the Ubuntu iso from
another machine, mount the iso and install it from Alcohol.
