[Ubuntu-US-PA] Jaunty Release Party

We are going to try a new spot - I'll report back if the owner is up
for it - Drakes may be the .10 release spot, especially now of that
party's notoriety.  Plus, they don't seem to mind us having Halloween
type parties when it's not exactly Halloween.  We do like to dress up!
