[Ubuntu-US-PA] A bit of an issue...

Hi everyone... Good News, the Jaunty cds have arrived and I am going to be
distributing this week.  Bad news... I just got an invoice from TNT USA for
the shipping charges of $226.19.  I'm not certain what's going on with
that.  I've shot an email to Jono, and I will be contacting Promese
Netherlands BV (the shippers) to see why they marked this as a consignee
billed shipment.
