[Ubuntu-US-PA] A bit of an issue...

Agh... I forgot to get those out!  I'll get them over to Jim (or would it be
better to get them to you?) tomorrow.  I have to find some boxes.
And no, I don't think it's been resolved yet.  They I got one email from a
Canonical Admin ninja, and then nothing after that.  I've sent followup
emails and still nothing, so I'm just ignoring the bill until another
comes... :-)
