[Ubuntu-US-PA] Anyone have a recommendation for a cheap wireless card for my Desktop?

Hi Bret,

If a cable is not possible, a USB wirless adapter is a cheap and easy 
solution.  I shouldn't say it's easy.  Finding one that's compatible 
with linux can be tricky.  You also have to decide what amount wireless 
security you want.  I go with WPA/WPA2 when possible.

I have an old Hawking HWU300 usb adapter that has worked fine on Linux.  
I believe it only supports WEP encryption.  Here it is on ebay for $10:
