[Ubuntu PA] Intrepid Release / Birthday / Halloween Party

A party has been planned for this release and birthday celebration for the
Philadelphia Area, and we are inviting all to attend.

When: SATURDAY, November 1st at 3pm to approximately 7pm; at least.

Where: The Drake Tavern in Jenkintown, PA.  (Food establishment, so under 21
ARE   allowed and WELCOME)
