[Ubuntu PA] Philly Hardy Heron Release Party Canelled!

Its ok. Though for the next release we should plan our release parties
when they announce the first testing release. The should give a month
or two before the release. I will get in contact with my friends and
faculty at LHU and PSU for a central PA release party.
