[Ubuntu PA] NTR Laptop Project: need volunteers

NTR has it's own parking lot but I would only use it as a last resort. 
If we end up staying longer than expected, you could get blocked in by
all the drivers coming for NTR's computer workshop.  If you see any
parking on the street, I suggest you take it.  I've always found parking
on the surrounding streets: green, 15th, and 16th.  You shouldn't have
to walk more than a block.
