This was brought up at our bi-weekly IRC meeting on Wednesday evening.

For the Philly folks, it looks like this will be happening on a
weekend when PACS and NTR bring-a-computer workshop are happening -
but in spite of being a conflict, Jim suggested that each location
host an area for the BugJam :)

It will require some training for folks heading up each, but hopefully
the bug team will offer some training sessions in handling bugs prior
to this event.
