Yes! This went really well, a few things for the future - More of the
other cds, we definitely could have used a few more Xubuntu 386 live/alt
cds, we also had 0 Kubuntu which luckily didn't matter.

I was a bit surprised at the number of issues we had resizing ntfs
partitions, I know we had one guy who wiped out his ntfs (I think he was
installing by himself to try and learn it and messed up the "new
partition size" which isn't the clearest part of the installer). I'm not
sure what went wrong but the installs seemed to be going very slow and
the status bar didn't move a lot of the time, I'm not sure if it was a
bad batch of disks or what the deal was but whatever it was it was
strange. As Jim has said, more coffee is a must and maybe some non-bread
food (no offense Jim, I freaking love bread and the bagels/Ubuntu bread
were delicious, but a man can only eat so much bread).

We ran into a few miscellaneous issues but nothing we couldn't figure
out with some hacking, the tablet pc has some acpi nightmare but I
eventually figured it out.

I think we did well. It was our first installfest and we were packed
very quickly. We could have used another installer or two but we managed
with what we had and it wasn't a big deal -- for those who couldn't
come, you missed a fun time but we'll do it again so no big deal.

I left my wireless router there by accident, if anyone happens to be in
that area could they possibly grab that for me? It's a white netgear, it
was sitting in the classroom on top of the main switch.

Overall I'm VERY satisfied with how this went, we got Ubuntu on to a lot
of computer, a lot of them non-technical user who I think will really
enjoy their new OS. People who got installed generally hung out for the
day playing with their new OS and learning how to do things while we
were there so they could ask questions, it was nice. I think now it's
very important we all monitor the various support channels for people
who are having issues. Thanks everyone who helped make this such a success.
