I just went through the process of building the html and pdf files using
the make file. I agree, the download and the docbook conversion take a
very long time. Also make sure your folder can hold a approximately 240
MB of files (lots of images). I found that I had to install a bunch of
docbook packages via Synaptic. The main app needed is dblatex. I had
to edit my Makefile to use "TEXSTYLE = -T $(CURDIR)/lib/training.sty"
line instead of the one above it. The documentation is very good. Hope
they can get it into a more accessible package soon.
