[Ubuntu PA] set the calendar for new meetings

NTR works fine for North Philly, unless you count Northeast as North
Philly. Realistically, most of any north philly traffic will be coming
from Temple and temple area, NTR is only a few blocks from there, a very
short subway or bike ride from temple and beyond. I would look more into
west and south.
