[Ubuntu Oregon] 18.04 Release Party

I guess we should figure out a venue first and then put up an rsvp to gauge
how many would turnout then we’d have a idea for food and beverage and
maybe some swag. Let me reach out about a venue now.

What date are we thinking? What would work best for folks?
