[Ubuntu Oregon] Firday's Salem Ubuntu Hour, and Planetarium events.

Hi all,
I just put in for a conference room request at Broadway Coffeehouse in
Salem, for our next Salem Ubuntu Hour event, and will let you know if we
get approved.  The conference rooms are complimentary with the purchase of
beverages, and or goodies.

Our next Salem Ubuntu Hour takes place this coming Friday, June 2nd, from
6:00PM to 7:00PM, at Broadway Coffeehouse.
Broadway Coffeehouse is located at 1300 Broadway St NE, in Salem.  Anyone
interested in GNU/Linux distributions, including our favorite Ubuntu
distro, may attend.  Meeting is open to the public.  For the price of a cup
of good tasting coffee, you can discover why Ubuntu is a "far cry" from the
usual status quo.

Also taking place after our Ubuntu meeting Friday evening - For those
interested in astronomy, particularly the coming Solar Eclipse in August
2017.  Chemeketa Community College Planetarium is hosting an astronomy
presentation on the solar eclipse, Friday, June 2nd, from 7:30PM to 8:30PM.

The Planetarium at Chemeketa Community College is located at 4000 Lancaster
Dr NE, Salem, OR 97305, inside Building 2, Room 171. Please park in the
"Blue" parking area which is nearest to building 2.  Event is open the
public, arrive early for best seating.

Admission: Adults: $5, Children and Chemeketa students: $4 (Cash or check
only.)
