[Ubuntu Oregon] Salem Ubuntu Hour.

I'll try and make it, sadly I missed the only bus there last time that
arrived in decent time and didn't want to wait around in the heat for a
half hour only to get there to stay 15 minutes before leaving. Now I know
when not to start walking to the stop.
