[Ubuntu Oregon] looking for speakers on packaging

Our local LUG is looking for someone to speak on how packaging works,
not only for Ubuntu, but upstream in Debian. Since the two go hand in
hand, I'm sure someone must have a sense of things. I've managed to
package hello but that's about as far as I've gotten. I certainly
don't know how the Debian world does things, but I'd love to hear
more. No particular time frame, but the sooner the better. We usually
have our talks Tuesday night.
