[Ubuntu Oregon] Release party?

I'm for a Salem event, provided that it's not the same event that is being
thrown in Portland. (eg. if 15.10 release party is in portland, lets not
also have a salem 15.10 release party). The Broadway commons is a nice
venue, perhaps just because it's new, but also has a decent amount of
parking (much better than downtown portland). I'd say lets throw a 16.04
party there, but I have a feeling the PDX crowd will try to throw one as
well since it's an LTS release. In any case, I'll throw in ~$100 for the
venue and some pizza (although we'll definitely need more pizza money). I
do have a few questions about the broadway commons venue.
1) Are we charged for the coffee shuttles per number of people that attend,
or by the room size? Lets say we get a room with seating for 60 people but
only 40 people attend. What is the charge?
2) Are the coffee shuttles limited to coffee? I don't drink caffine, so if
we could get a couple hot chocolate shuttles (or juice) that would be great
(even if there is extra cost).
