[Ubuntu Oregon] Re-Verification still in process

We were set to have our Re-Verification approved at the regular LoCo
Council IRC meeting about a half hour ago. Unfortunately there were
only 2 members of the council attending and 3 were required for
quorum. Rather than putting us off until the next regular meeting,
they have decided to take up the voting via the mailing list with a
private bug report containing the documentation. If you have any
questions, comments, or concerns, please send to
loco-council at lists.ubuntu.com or send to me and I'll pass them on.
