[Ubuntu Oregon] No Ubuntu Hour this week

Figured I'd tell you all that there will be no Ubuntu Hour this week since
it is so soon after Thanksgiving and everybody will be winding down from
that.

But there will be one next week, I'll send an email out about that closer
to that time.
