North and South American regional approval board meeting

I will be applying for membership before the North and South American
regional approval

afternoon on IRC in #ubuntu-meeting at 4:59pm if anyone would like to attend
they encourage applicants to have their team mates and endorsers present
apparently but it is also good if your planning on applying for Ubuntu
Membership since you get to have a look at the process.
