:( yeah it kinda looks that way. it would be better if we could give it 
some rescusicitation, if the old contact's moved on, do we know what's 
necessary to elect/bully-someone-into-becoming the nominal new one? 
seems ridiculous for oregon not to have an active loco, next to CA 
there's more floss here than anywhere else i'm aware of.

and looking at the loco north-america page 
(http://loco.ubuntu.com/teams/#North%20America) it looks like we've 
already been pronounced. curious that the list still works.

i'm going to go do some digging on the ubuntu twiki pages about what 
kinda juice it's going to take to get us on the list and see if we can 
get something semi-official going on here.
