Hello, FSF members,

The Free Software Foundation is going to have a table at LinuxFest
Northwest (please note that we take issue with the name of this
conference: we encourage you always to say "GNU/Linux" rather than
just "Linux," except when you are referring to the kernel, to
acknowledge the importance of computer users' freedom (see
http://gnu.org/gnu/why-gnu-linux.html)) on Saturday, 30 April, and
Sunday, 1 May, in Bellingham, WA.

Talking to folks at technology conferences is a good way to help
spread the word about free software and will help us increase our
membership base. Would you be interested in helping run the FSF booth?

Tabling hours are:

   * Saturday, 30 April
         o 09:00 - 13:30
         o 13:30 - 18:00

   * Sunday, 1 May
         o 09:00 - 13:30
         o 13:30 - 18:00

If you would be coming with a friend, we could sign you both up for the
same time slot.

Let me know if you would like to donate your time, and I will send you
the details and answer any questions.

Thank you very much for your time.

Sincerely,
