Gusty Gibbon glitch with KVM switch

Hey all,

About 3 months ago I converted from Winhoes to Feisty Fawn.  Since then
I have upgraded to Gutsy Gibbon. But the problem I am having is that my
keyboard and mouse will glitch (for example, the mouse cursor will shoot
randomly across the screen and open 4-10 windows, or applications).  I
am not sure what is causing this as I have tried different keyboards,
mice , and trackballs. Still the same problem. Have any of you
experienced this before?

Abit AN52 motherboard
AMD 4200+ X2 CPU
Western digital 250 GB HDD (Master)
Western Digital 160 GB HDD (Slave)
2 GB PC2-5300
XFX GeForce 7200 GS PCI-e video card
Sony-NEC DVD +/- RW 
Gutsy Gibbon OS
