Ubuntu-us-or Digest, Vol 6, Issue 2

Greetings!

The latest and greatest Ubuntu distro will be released next week.  I would
be happy to mail you a CD after it is released or you can download the ISO
from ubuntu.com.

I believe the scheduled release date is 10/18/2007.

As for any suggestions regarding which version to run, I would need some
more information on what you plan on building and for what kind of
environment.  Is this still in the development phase or will this be a
production server that needs contracted support?

Either way, I recommend installing the new version when it comes out just so
you can get a feel for the what the latest and greatest has to offer.
