Sounds great!

I like the install fest idea. Palintheus mentioned release forms last night.

I would love to try out my presentation. It is a tool I am developing for
LoCo's to have available to give informative talks on Ubuntu. The
presentation will be available to use in hopes of taking some of the burden
off of the volunteer presenter. Also it would insure a consistent talk
regardless of skill level.

Lightning Talks. Anyone who feels like they are knowledgeable in a subject
to give a short talk, speak up. Maybe pick a subject and learn all about it
between now and then. At the meeting you could show us what you learned. IP
tables, apparmor, PGP key creation, filing bug reports, Packaging for PPA's,
using a version control system like bazaar. Surely there is something you
have always wanted to learn more about.

OKC meet up- we should set aside a time for the OKC members to have a meet
up. This way if someone just wants to come out for a meet up and not the
other events there will be a designated time for that.

LAN gaming. sounds good. What games are we talking here. I know I have a
fairly new laptop but it is no gaming machine.

These are ideas I like so far. Everyone throw out your ideas and thoughts.
The 30th will be here before you know it.

I look forward to working with all of you on this.
