Hello:

I just wanted to stop in here this morning and introduce myself to the
team. I am Terry Davis, I am down here in Norman, Oklahoma. I am a
windows slave during the day and a Ubuntu owner by night.  I am pushing
to have Ubuntu avail to us during the day, but that is a hard stone to
roll up a hill.

If there is anything that you want to know just ask, I am probably the
most transparent person you will meet. I talked some yesterday with
James, and he has a good long term goal in mind.  I think if we get to
know one another, and then formulate a once a month meeting (online of
course, unless we can all meet in  on location) to bring those goals to
standards.

We have access to this list, I think this is our main line of comms for
now.  With that since it is a lot easier to type out an email during
busy times of the day, we can use this media to communicate until we can
schedule meetings in irc, or whichever media we are going to use.  I
like IRC, however I do like the feel of a voice server. It is better to
hear tones, of voices than fonts of type.  What is everyone's ideas on
the meeting type media?

Glad to be here and look forward to bringing the light of Ubuntu to
Oklahoma a world of windowed darkness.
