Welcome and i would like to says that i like the cd idea also i have talked
it over with some more people that i know that are planning on joining here
in the OKC area what about customizing the cd to have firefox point to the
wiki or the questions area. also do we need an irc channel that we could
link to the desk top so that the nobies could get help from locals. as well
as the greater Unbutu community just some thoughts i do not know if this
approved by Ubuntu. I am not against burning a bunch of cd's and passing
them out i just do not have a good way of printing labels so if someone
would like to help with this in OKC that would be great. Also if anyone know
of a great cheep source for blank cd-r i will buy part of them to start this
show i want to do what i can.

a little about me I do Linux support for Dell on the enterprise side
supporting RHEL and VMWare. I have been doing this about 5 months and have
been using Linux off and on since Slackware .9 so let me know what i can
contribute and i will do my best :)
