UbuntuOhio Temporary website online

I have set up what will be the LoCo website at:

http://ohioloco.codechunk.net

Remember that this is temporary. There will be a real domain name for this
on the 13th when the poll ends.

Anyone who expressed any int reset in the website has been contacted with
server/SSH login information. If anyone else wants to help out with the
site, go ahead and email me.

In the IRC intro meeting (which Vorian will be posting logs of shortly I
believe), we decided to go with Drupal for the site structure.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
