Hey, everyone. We're all set with parking. Parking will be in Q4 which is
not the closest to Hinds hall but we shouldn't be bringing in truckloads of
equipment.  I'm readying a flier that I hope to email out soon and post
around the iSchool.  We have an IRC meeting Monday at 5 pm so it would be a
good idea to attend and coordinate the bug jam.

For your event your guests will be able to use the Q4 lot based on space. If
they run out of space in Q4 they may park down at Q5. Let me know if you
have any other questions concerning this events parking.

To Whom it May Concern,



I am forwarding you an email communication between myself and the iSchool
regarding hosting an event at the iSchool on April 2nd. I would like to know
if there could be a nearby lot where attendees would be authorized to park
without any concern of being ticketed.  It would be between 2pm and 8 pm at
