[NYLoCo] Ubuntu NYC

If there is interest, I can get space at NYU, and maybe some food as well.
(I'm the president of Free Culture @ NYU, a chapter of the student group
Students for Free Culture.) Also, we hosted a small launch party for Jaunty,
and plan on having another in october and another in april.
