[NYLoCo] Free official Ubuntu books for LoCo teams

Hey Team...
As LoCo Contact, I have have requested the books... I will be looking
over them when they arrive, then lending them out to team members. I
will let you know if and when they arrive. We probably should have a que
for the books... BTW I believe Charles has a line on other free books
available if they get a review.
