Plan an event, announce it on the mailing list, the blog, in IRC, make
sure people know about it
Show up and have fun!
Document it- put it in the wiki, on the blog make sure people know
that it happened as well.
 that's it. oh and if someoneelse does all that stuff, then a,l you
have to do is show up and have fun! :)
